Up to $500,000 grant funding for SME manufacturers in Victoria - closing soon!

The Business Competitiveness Program is offering up to $500,000 in competitive grant funding on a co-contribution basis to SME manufacturers with an existing presence in Victoria.

The funding is to support expansion of manufacturing operations and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and processes.

The program aims to create new jobs, increase industry competitiveness and strengthen local supply chains in manufacturing sectors where Victoria has a competitive advantage.

Project funding can be used to support purchase and commissioning of capital equipment, manufacturing product and process improvements, prototyping, evaluation and testing of new products and processes, and supply chain capability development.

Round 1 of the program is closing on 20 June 2021, and a second round of funding will be offered in the second round of 2021.
