Grant funding up to $750,000 for eligible WA agriculture, food and beverage producers
The WA Value Add Investment Grants (VAIF) are offering eligible primary production/processing applicants grant funding up to $750,000 across two streams of funding.
Capital Investment Stream: Grants from $250,000 to $750,000 are available on a minimum 50:50 cash co-contribution basis for investment into capital to expand, diversity of relocate their value adding and processing operations to WA. Feasibility Stream: Grants from $30,000 to $100,000 are available on a minimum 50:50 cash co-contributino basis for eligible applicants to conduct planning, feasibility and other de-risking activities to support future capital investment decisions. To be eligible applicants must:
have a project that is aligned with the stated objectives of the VAIG
be a private sector business, including grower cooperatives, with an ABN and be registered for GST
have a project located in, or looking to relocate to WA, including the Perth metro area
be capable of entering into a legally binding funding agreement with the WA Government
have demonstrated financial capacity to fund the minimum cash contribution
have been in operation for a minimum of two years (or similar established track record)
have a project which complies with the requirements of the selected funding stream
