Up to $350,000 in grant funding toward road safety research and innovation.
The Road Safety Innovation Fund is offering grants from $20,000 - $350,000 to successful eligible applicants to support innovative road safety management initiatives, new technologies or products, delivery techniques or research that informs policy development.
The program is targeting innovative projects designed to reduce the number of deaths and serious injury on Australian roads and create a safe and sustainable road transport system for all road users including pedestrians, cyclists and children.
Applicants are open to a range of entities including (but not limited to) incorporated entities including companies, trustee’s and associations; partnerships; consortia; research organisations, State or Territory governments, local government bodies and Aboriginal and/or Torrest Strait /Islander corporations.
Applications must be submitted by 11:30pm (ACT local time) on 29 March 2021.
