Recycling Victoria Research and Development Fund

The Recycling Victoria Research and Development fund is part of the Sustainability Victoria initiative, and supports the $380 million Recycling Victoria policy.

The $1.8 million R&D fund is offering research institutions and industry support to develop new and diversified products and processes for recycling priority materials including cardboard, glass, plastic, paper and tyres.

Research institutions, partnering with at least one 1 industry partner, can apply for between $75,000 - $300,000 for research supporting Victoria’s transition to a circular economy.

An information session will be held on the 10th March, and interested applicants can register on the program website (see link above).

Applications close 3pm, 19 April 2021.
