Food and beverage manufacturing energy efficiency grant funding

Government grants between $10,000 and $25,000 will be offered, on a competitive basis, to eligible food and beverage manufacturing businesses.

The objective is to support SME food and beverage manufacturers to save energy by:

  • replacing existing equipment with more energy efficient equipment

  • installing or replacing components to increase efficiencies

  • conducting energy audits

  • monitoring and optimising energy use and emissions

  • increasing knowledge of energy efficiency

  • positioning SEM’s to adopt future technological advances in energy consumption

Applications open on 12th January and applications must be submitted by 18 February 2022 (5pm AEDT)
